Optonline spam filters are so rigid that people can't white list valid e-mail addresses. I can't send e-mails to my friends!!! On top of that, the Optonline customer service never answers my e-mail and I've been unable to talk to a real person to solve this problem.
It seems that the only answer is to encourage everyone to dump Optonline and move to Verizon as it becomes available in our communities.
It's too bad because the Optonline products actually work OK. However, if you can't send an e-mail to an optonline user, what good is the service?? |
