total BS. Worst Case Scenario--ISPs will just start to throttle people and continue to expand......just not as fast as some of us would like.

My download speed has been slower the last few days. Hmmm.

Canada must be lightyears ahead of the world. We have speed throttling as well as no speed, petty caps sometimes as low as one gigabyte a month yes a month not per day, no newsgroups email with transfer limits the same as the early 1990's and one of the highest prices to boot. Nice huh?
