The now retired, Bud "show me the money" Shuster and Rick "man on dog action" Santorum. The former having been PA's very own version of Ted "Tubes/Road to Nowhere" Stevens and the latter residing in Virginia and sticking the Commonwealth taxpayers with the bill for the schooling of his 5 spawn, not including the fetus in the jar on the hearth.
