+ POTS = $40+ a month
Which most people have anyway. For me, "Cable-TV or Digital Voice customer" would be an extra expense if I chose to degrade my service and go with Comcast.
As opposed to me, having cable TV *AND* Comcast HSI.
Gotta have TV, 8mbps for $52.95 is worth it to me!
I have the fastest *residential* connection in Hercules!

CDP(not CDV) here - NO POTS!

DSL would not be cost vs speed effective(efficient?) for me.
