Keyser, WV | I have it! But I'm paying for the 6mb connection.
I'm in a former Adelphia area that can't even provide 3mb, much less than 6mb.
The national helpdesk, call center whatever has no idea what this network is like in my area.
Every tech from my local office has been to my house. Everyone agrees I should be seeing more than 384K, but no one can find the problem. Meanwhile I'm supposed to pay for 6mb service?
