<description><![CDATA[NYC Girl posted : Yes, I have Digital Phone by TWC and they did the same thing to me.... I thought the VoIP would be exempt from this kind of taxing due to it being an internet service.  Got tired of paying the extra $25.00 in taxes and fees Verizon was charging on top of their regular monthly fee of $39.99 for unlimited usage in the US and PR so I switched.  ]]></description>
