The website represents that RIAA is counsel to the record companies - are they admitted to the bar??
They claim that the only way you can distribute music is if you own the copyright - not so, a licensee can distribute if the license says so. |
| I think they should be posting the law firms and lawyers involved. You are not supposed to practice law in a state other than the one you have a Bar membership to.
Someone is going to get a letter, call the number, ask their name, ask their Bar #, and the Bar of that state is going to say, wait a minute. |
