I subscribed to their service and found that there were huge variances in performance.  Furthermore, the modems they used (at that time) were junk.  they had an average life span of 8 months.  I subscribe to telus HSE At home and Shaw at work....  My home connection if by far faster.  I have had 2 systems outages at home in the last 7 months and about 15 at work.  ]]></description>
