Remember though, this is only powerboost. I uploaded a 10MB file to my website and it only lasted the first 6.5MB of it before it dropped to the 384.

I hit the reset button. It's a little hole under the ethernet port on mine. I just tapped it for a sec.

Never mind....there's a reset button on the back of the Arris.

So much for 1mbit upload for 6/384 users..lol But can you people list what plan your on? 6meg or 8meg. Thanks

I was unplugging the modem...i have the arris till i saw i had to hit the hole in the back to reset it

Seems pretty awful to me. My download is lower than ever and my upload isn't any higher. I tried a power cycle too.

I think I have the 6MB tier, isn't that the standard? My download rates are usually fine, this is the worst I have seen it.
