what about us true power users?

An earlier poster posed the question of
"Will powerboost satisfy people who download tons of movies or who upload backups of their hard drive every day?"
My question is why not have a tier of service for those users who may in fact fall in to that category? If I want to upload 1.5GB of backups to an off site location, why shouldn't I be able to do that at a decent speed like say 1.5mbit or 2mbit upstream, permanently? Though I'm not on Comcast, I am on Charter and they provide me a consistently solid 1mbit upstream, and other cable providers, especially where FIOS exists, offer as much as 2mbits upstream, and end users on those systems are using much the same equipment I'm using here or that comcast users are using on their connections. My point is, why not offer a tier of service for everyone from the light user who merely wants to not tie up their phone line all the way up to the heavy user who wants or needs to do tons of uploading/downloading. Any speed tier offered should be permanent, not half assed bursty like what comcast users are getting. I surely don't mind having better upload, but for god sake, make it permanent. Charge a little more for it if need be, but to make it bursty and that's it? Not what I would do that's for sure. I'm glad my connection speeds are permanent, and I pay acordingly for the tier I have, makes sense doesn't it?
