Awesome, looks like three out of the five TW franchises in Upstate NY now have RR Premium at 15/1. The WNY and STNY franchises are the only ones left, both remain at 8/512Kb.
You forgot HVC. We're still on the old speeds here.

I'm kinda hoping us premium customer get a faster upload. If it stays at 1MB I will just downgrade to regular Road Runner. I don't think RR Turbo is worth it with just 5 more MB download.

Edit: I just called Time Warner and they confirmed that standard Road Runner was 10/1 and Premium Road Runner was 15/1. I switched back to standard since I don't think it's worth it anymore. But hey atleast we got our upgrade!

i went in a live chat last night and asked if my area was in line for any kind of speed upgrade, and the tech told me that he didnt see any kind of information that said the utica area was in store for any kind of speed upgrade.

Yeah, like I said I can't think of many places that I can download from where I'll use that 15 down. It's totally not worth the extra money anymore.

Maybe if enough premium customers call and cancel they'll realize that there needs to be an upload increase.

if my area ever gets upgraded, im really hoping for a 1mb upload rate. it would be a huge jump from the measly 384 im stuck with now.

Try rebooting your modem and see if that helps. I had to reboot the modem myself. Last increase they rebooted the modems.

If you are in the TWC Albany Zone you just need to reboot the modem and if you have a VOIP modem from TWC pull the battery too and you should see the speed increase !
