For instance, to delete a message, you have to first listen to the whole thing some people just go on and on about nothing. Verizon in my town charges $25 just for dial tone, no calls. I called them just about a week ago and told them I had about a $40 budget for phone with long distance, they pretty much laughed.
Actually you can delete the message while it is playing. Just press 7 twice.
