I had to mail away for mine to Saskatchewan Canada and got a white piece of paper with an embossed stamp on it. That was "certified". |

I wonder if Puerto Rico will allow me to do that. I already have the birth certificate but don't remember where I put it away. I currently hold a passport, so does anyone know if that'll be accepted. |
