| Basically what I think.
I have only called them once with an issue when they did not know they had a problem, and after the initial "There are no problems with....OH! I see it, we will get right on it" my service was back up in a few minutes. Most of my issues are with Qwest also, but that is another subject.
Oh, and Xmission does support a lot of non-profit organizations with free web page service. Another plus since I belong to a few of them.
