<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/466028"><b>RayW</b></A> : I have only called them once with an issue when they did not know they had a problem, and after the initial "There are no problems with....OH! I see it, we will get right on it" my service was back up in a few minutes.  Most of my issues are with Qwest also, but that is another subject.<br><br>Oh, and Xmission does support a lot of non-profit organizations with free web page service. Another plus since I belong to a few of them.<br><SMALL>--<br>I am not lost, I find myself every time.</SMALL>]]></description>
