yep, plenty to be done

but first...

"...their "DVR-Lite" start-over system will be in most market's by year's end."

...will be in most market's what? most market's homes?

I don't know if they're using legacy Adelphia billing systems or their own, but my last bill said they would debit my checking account on the 29th. Uhhh...this not being a leap year, there is no Feb. 29, so they're going to wait until Mar. 29th? I doubt it. I would much prefer a date, not just a day of some abstract month, but hey...I guess that's asking a lot of the people who programmed the billing system (or the people who decided on the wording).

English is a difficult enough language to interpret correctly when its rules are followed, let alone when a writer chooses not to follow those rules.

Re: yep, plenty to be done

In Mid-Ohio we received notices in the mail saying they would be moving the Adelphia customers over to the TWC billing system. Their account numbers and billing dates would also change. The customers would also have to resign back up for Automatic Bill Pay.
