You folks are kidding me?
Have you ever had to transition hundreds of thousands of customers from the Mac to PC platform for instance?
My bet is, this will go off without a hitch, but .001% of the people with problems, after emailing DSLR because they think DSLR is their service provider, will find their way into the forums to bitch.
Not only that, but they will blame their dog dying, their truck breaking down and their wife leaving them on the switch.
