<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1024146"><b>fcisler</b></A> : This isn't new....we have had 30/5 for a couple months now.<br><br>It may not always be 30/5, but compared to what i see other companies offering - i'm happy with it.<br><br>I can't get DSL (also my 4th house where DSL is not available to me), FIOS isn't going to be at my house any time soon (industrial zoned, and only maybe 6 other houses on the whole road), so it's what im stuck with.<br><br>Just tested @ testmy.net (test id: O3CHR5I62) and got 3.2Mbps up. this is with bittorrent running, capped @ 100KB/up. Not bad.]]></description>
