Scarborough, ON | In Canada if they double your speed they double your cost Yes if you want more speed in Canada you pay through the nose. Many are just going back to dial up from America as caps, speed throttling and no newsgroups have all but killed the internet up here. Might i add ridiculously high prices? |

I thought the thread was about the Roll out of higher speeds by TWC an American Company, not about the cost or the restrictions on some Canadian ISPs.
Free is always good, but thats the way the cable industry has been doing it for years.
