Just to be clear, I ran web, mail, and ftp servers while I was with SE. I am doing the same thing now with Qwest, running the same servers. Yes, Qwest use PPPoE, rather than bridge, but that does not cause any problems for me. They also provide web tool to setup DNS with static IP addresses you get. Yes, a few years ago, only SE offered this kind of service.
