I've seen a ton of similar issues with users running Norton. Perhaps AOL installed a Norton product? Usually I could just disable Norton for such and such amount of time but some mahcines it just wouldn't let through. Still researching some issues right now. Thought I'd chime in with another possibility? Aaron
