Re: AOL blocking traffic Your decision to not uninstall anything on your cust's computer is a wise one. If you proved your service worked, then leave it alone and let the cust swim on their own.
If they want AOL on their PC, let it stay. Keep in mind, they have a system of emailing and browsing that they are use to. No need to change that. AOL works just fine over a broadband connection, so there is no loss to your service.
Just keep that demarc of responsibilities clearly defined and it won't bite you in the rear later.
