Re: ebay host file 1. Use notepad (or any text editor), open your existing hosts file (located in %windir%\system32\drivers\etc or %windir%\ or /etc/ depending on your O/S).
2. Append the following entries to the existing file:
127.0.0.1 ebay.com
127.0.0.1 www.ebay.com
127.0.0.1 my.ebay.com
127.0.0.1 signin.ebay.com
3. Save the modified file.

If you had to create the hosts file because it didn't exist, then you'll need to reboot. After that any future changes made to it won't require a reboot. |
