I've had mine for about two weeks. Had a "all circuits busy" once for about two hours. Other than that it has worked very well. Remember......It's still in BETA! There are going to be hick-ups!! |

said by dssman :I am having problems entering PIN numbers, passwords, extension numbers, etc., while on a call using magicjack. The systems don't recognize the digits I'm entering. For example, if I call my office phone to retrieve voicemail messages, when I try to enter my voicemail password, I get an error message saying that what I entered was incorrect. Same thing goes for when I use Onesuite to make international calls. I use the magicjack to call the local onesuite access number, but then when I have to enter the international phone number, it doesn't work. However, if I use the softphone to enter those codes, it does work. Any advice??? I have the same set up but fortunately Onesuite and MagicJack works together. |

I was going to buy one, but the site is not secure, I do not hand my credit card number without the little golden lock being present. When I go to the first page of the check out process the URL starts with "https" which means it is a secure page. |

said by jeffnyc :If volume is muted on your computer, will this also mute the handset of the telephone connected to the magicjack? I registered yesterday but I am having trouble receiving incoming calls. The volume control for the phone and headset is controlled in the softphone and separate from your computer volume. It should not interfere at all. --
