problem is if everyone blocks the ad their revenue model won't succeed and then we're out an otherwise low cost VOIP provider. -- "So this is how liberty dies. With thunderous applause." |

said by johnlvs2run :I've been using the magicjack for 3 days and it's GREAT! ... I'm recommending the magicjack to friends and they are excited about getting it too. Same here. Mine came on Saturday and after a flawless setup, it's working perfectly. It's really a nice little device, and the call quality was superb. I plan on taking with me on vacation twice in the next 45 days, so I'll be able to give it a good workout on a different ISP (I'm on Fios).
So far, I love the little device. -- "When you get lost in your imaginatory vagueness, your foresight becomes a nimble vagrant."

Can I take the MagicJack from computer to computer without having to set up my account each time? |

I registered yesterday but I am having trouble receiving incoming calls. |

It should not interfere at all. --

| reply to schipperke Magicjack - DTMF problems
I am having problems entering PIN numbers, passwords, extension numbers, etc., while on a call using magicjack. The systems don't recognize the digits I'm entering. For example, if I call my office phone to retrieve voicemail messages, when I try to enter my voicemail password, I get an error message saying that what I entered was incorrect. Same thing goes for when I use Onesuite to make international calls. I use the magicjack to call the local onesuite access number, but then when I have to enter the international phone number, it doesn't work. However, if I use the softphone to enter those codes, it does work.
Any advice??? |

I've had mine for about two weeks. Had a "all circuits busy" once for about two hours. Other than that it has worked very well. Remember......It's still in BETA! There are going to be hick-ups!! |
