| Welcome to the United States and it's too many lawyers. Blame everyone else for everything that you do wrong. Obviously it wasn't your fault it was your parents, your school, your workplace, etc, etc, etc.
Sorry, this is unfortunate but it just perpetuates the sue everyone for everything. So when a bank is robbed by someone on their lunch hour then we should sue the company that employed them, right? We should sue the company that employs someone that kills someone in a car accident because they were driving to work or from work. We should also fire people because there's a suspicion they might have done something bad or maybe not so bad. This guy worked for a company that hired contractors for Comcast. The reason Comcast is being sued and not the hiring company is because Comcast has more money. After all that's really what it's all about isn't it?
