Comcast cant fire or reprimand the guy anyway, since he doesnt work for them, the terms of his employment are between him and the company that signs his check. Comcast should have contacted the contract company and told them they dont want to use this individual for any comcast customer services anymore, then let the contract company decide what to do with him. Did comcast have a legal obligation to do this? I doubt it, but it still would have been the wise thing to do |
