Van Nuys, CA | Comcast is liable. To be honest Comcast could of asked the contract company to place him on leave during the Investigation. If you read the full article from the Associated Press, it says he has pleaded no guilty on the previous charges. those said charges are a FELONY in just about every state there is. There fore comcast shouldn't of had the contract company let him to continue to work. and since the company was contracted to do the work Comcast is still liable. |
