Well, for the most part - I just don't have problems with my mountaincable connection.

Anytime I have had an issue I've been able to rectify it over the phone in minutes...

That said, I have a business account and mountaincable had issues with how I was forwarding my mail from my home server to an account on gmail - including all the spam. Made it look like I was sending spam. We got that sorted out though.
