i subscribed to 768k plan it sucks. 768/8 = 96. but my download speed is only at 70kb. i also did multiple speed test here and only hit 456kb. supports a joke. tried to charge me $10 service charge when i upgraded. they lady told
me that the tech guy is gonna install my dsl. ???? whats? i told her he does not have to and guess what she said. "ok". i might have to drive up there one day to c if there is a monkey working there because i swore i talked to one.
what we need is a bellsouth or a verzion isp. cheaper and more reliable. o i almost forgot. NCCT are not computer techs. i u ever ask them a question they better have it on there computer screen. otherwise, don't expect an answer. |
