Most states have cable regulatory bodies, try them if you can't get past tier 1 customer service."<br><br>I agree with the cool head part, but I'd have been gone after 1/10th of what this guy has been through -- and was; with the Adelphia crooks right before the migration.  All HSI is a ripoff, so what difference does it make if you bounce from one crooked outfit to the next?  Soon they'll all be under two or three roofs in the name of competition; may as well have some fun while you can.<br><br>Moral: dump any service that can't get its head out.]]></description>
