Re: [VoicePulse] Daylight Saving Time switch NOT SO easy

Hmmmm. Makng the above change fixed the times shown on my call log, but it didn't fix the time shown on my caller ID. It also changed the times I had set on my scheduled Do Not Disturb. We were awakened by a caller last night whose call should have been blocked by DND, but because of the wrong Caller ID time and/or the change in the DND schedule, the call came through.

I hope everyone doesn't have to call or email VoicePulse to get this straightened out.

Just log in to your account; in the Account Summary tab, hit "Edit Account Information" and under the heading "Contact Information", select the proper Time Zone with Daylight Saving Time, and hit the "Update" button.

No need to email or call support, or access your TA. Isn't that nice?

I guess if were done automatically at VoicePulse's end, it would be even nicer.
