As legal owners of the waves, who all have paid for (based on the way our society sees it to be fair) everyone gets the voucher.

On the flip side, alot of tax payers who may never had had a phone line are getting a refund for the phone tax. Some of those people never paid it.. poor people, using your hatred rant, DID pay it but if they didn't pay taxes because they are too poor, they don't get the refund, right? Here is an example where some people got the refund who never paid if while others that did, don't.

The feds are giving EVERYONE a voucher and that's insane to you? I fail to see your point.
