It's now on in New Hampshire too! I saw your post tried a speed test, had no upload powerboost, so I rebooted the modem, and it's now working. 
FYI, I'm in the Concord, NH area.

I'm in Memphis and I have recently experience the change over from RR to Comcast with about a 50% reduction in speed.
Is this power boost something that I, a residential basic user of cable, will have in the near future, or is it something I would have to upgrade to, or pay for? |

Download Speed: 12442 kbps (1555.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 367 kbps (45.9 KB/sec transfer rate)

Not here in Virginia yet...I did two reboots of the modem today and still the same results. Download powerboost is there but slow compared to the rest of the country  |

Looks like we have it in Eastern Washington too.
I tested twice out of Mead this morning and got 20906 down and 1590 up on one test and 28734 down and 1596 up on the other.
In my case my download speed has also gone up? |

I'll try mine tonight and post back. I'm glad Wayne99021 saw the upload boost but also saw an increase in download boost.
On the best of days i only got about 10 or 11k download from the base tier. |

Its insane that I live in the most populated and capital of the world NYC/NJ Metro area and we get it behind everyone else. IN, MN get it but not NY. Go figure. I guess it is easier to set up the small markets first. |
