| Homestead already has... Homestead already has a wireless broadband provider so they could hook up with them.
I live in the deep south of Dade County (I still refuse to have Miami attached to the name). Since we have streets that go to 600+ and avenues that are 400+, I really don't see this happening for the rural folks. Most plant nurseries have built their own. Costa Farms is a great example. They must have 10-15 different sites spread in about 100 square miles, yet they are all connected. It is pretty amazing.
