Normally if you get those and you are doing something illicit, it's usually best to stop. Since you aren't actually doing something wrong, it may be worth sending a note to abuse or support saying they're mistaken. Either way, they generally don't come after you until you have multiple strikes against you, and even then, you weren't doing anything wrong in the first place.

I received one of those a few years ago when my ex-roommate was downloading/serving TV shows. That stopped quickly.
