| No plan, no spectrum, no money and no major private business interest to this point. This is just a monkey see monkey do by the mayor who has had round table discussions about this for about a year now with no real progress. If the Miami Beach project (only 7 sq miles slated to be completed in summer 2006....) is any indication as to the speed of progress this will happen somewhere around 2000 and never.
Maybe (not) one day we will get a slice of this pie in the sky, but dont trade your sunblock for the "$100 computer" just yet... |
