I am curious where your screen shot came from. The addy you obscured goes to a parked web page on Go-daddy that I did not find anything relevant.

The ms07-004 appears to be a patch for an exploit partially addressed by an earlier patch. The info I found did seem to suggest that the current patch may have a flaw in it.

But then I may have just got lost in the related articles.

At least it will bump the topic before it gets buried.
