 | The key... The Key to getting the software that is needed, is knowing how to get it cheap. What if I told you that Vista could be had for $85 (this is home premium, no real need for ultimate) or how about Office 2007 (Enterprise ed.) for 85 also. Hard to believe but it can be done. One thing I learned being an IT Manager is that you don't have to pay retail for anything, even if it's for one copy (or license). Another good example, is I used to get Windows 2003 Server (Enterprise Ed.) with 25 CALS for less than 600 versus what some online retailers were asking for, which was $2000 or more for the same version with only 5 CALS. The key is that you have to be patient, informed consumer when it comes to products like this. Nothing more, nothing less. |
