1 edit | depends on what the computer gamers get.. if they get to use the mouse to strafe, shoot and buy(these are my preferences) and the keyboard to buy and move so forth.. then i see the computer gamers to teh advantage..
then again i dont see this working.. there will be "lag issues" hehehe |

 | reply to cobo6 Well, if it's a console vs. a keyboard/mouse, I guarantee you the mouse will win. Any type of shooter, etc, gives a HUGE advantage to a mouse user, as you are so much more accurate with a mouse that you can ever be with a joystick.
Granted, I've got a 360, and I will most definitely get Halo 3, but are they releasing Halo 3 for the PC at the same time? Sounds like it. -- Stick it to the MAN. Support your local torrent sites. Proudly providing 100mb of upstream for all your TV, Movie, and MP3 needs. |

 | reply to cobo6 The console gamers won't stand a chance unless you can hook up a mouse and keyboard. The mouse/keyboard combo is so much more responsive=console gamers owned in first person shooters. |

Re: console vs. computer gamers. "Windows Vista Users Onry!"
Another oh-so-subtle push by MS to force ppl to choke down Vista. No thanks! |

Re: console vs. computer gamers. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't one of the draws to playing console games online is that it made for a level equipment playing ground? Broadband connections aside, folks couldn't blame their console for not being powerful enough, buying more RAM, etc...you sat down, plugged in, and played.
Basically, if I wanted to play computer opponents on a console, I'd be playing with my own computer...not a console. |
