I love it.

I quit ftp sites and irc channels due to the ridiculous upload/dnload ratios. Most people don't have high speed uploads and I'm not sucking up my entire 384kbps upload and render my web browsing useless. Now the dnloading will be fun

Who says you need to use your entire 384kbps upload? Set the limit to something lower - the only consequence is that you'll have to seed longer in order to bring up your D/U ratio.
