I think CBS and Viacom split.

At the end of 2005, CBS and other traditional broadcasting assets became the new CBS Corporation following the split of Viacom

Miami, FL		 Sumner Redstone is chairman of both companies but they are now independent of eachother with different stock symbols and different CEOs. Les Moonves for CBS and Philippe Dauman for Viacom.
