It is not being run yet to multi-dwelling communities such as town homes and condos or high-rise buildings on the shore. Some of those are quite "civilized" if you consider their value/property taxes. Point is well taken though. Enough milking is enough. I want my true broadband (10+ Mbps symmetric) and anything that hinders it is evil.
