pretty useless to the large amount of people without broadband yet. But other than that I would love to have one.

More value in the Xbox 360 too.

You can get movies from the Xbox Live service or stream stuff from your PC.

But you can only stream WMV...and if you have Connect360 to use the mac, it still only streams WMV for video, pretty useless if you own a Mac.
On the contrary, anything I have in itunes, including DVDs handbraked in (not that I have any), i can stream to my TV.

Do you think that itunes won't start renting movies, like Xbox Marketplace?
