My average wait time for customer service with Adelphia was about 5 minutes, it is now a minum of 30 minute waits for TW. Adelphia always negotiated price deals over the phone every six months, TW sends you around to five different departments before they will negotiate with you. The TW customer service reps seems to hide behind different departments and shuffle you around.
