adelphia had 1 - 2 years before the company was locked down. so you get your facts str8 too. Adelphia had 5 years to fix these chronic issues and they didn't. I give a pass to TWC who has been in this for less (fixing the Comcast/Adelphia nightmare) than a year with far more customers than Adelphia had; but not Adelphia.

The plants were run by @HOME. After the @home crash we worked hard to get the Whinning @SS's connection. Santa Monica area ...... @home workers sucked ass but adelphia had to deal with them.

So this arguement happened 4 years ago when adelphia took over. Same bitching people but different companys.

Now though they can fully blame adelphia because the company is no more.

Techs were less than helpful on the phone, total retards in the field, and completely incompetent in any other capacity. Its fun trying to explain how thei nternet works to the guy who's getting paid to install it who can't figure out why it it's not working when I can see the mistake but he refuses to.

I've had DSL since before there was Adelphia HSI, and since Adelphia offered it, I've seen this tragedy unfold with my friends.

TW is now having to fix an Adelphia problem that they (Adelphia) didn't want to invest in because they knew they were going down, and transition over by sinking huge resources TW doesn't yet have out here into repairs/upgrades, etc.

I'll bet they regret this now.
