I have triple play

Had it with Cox - they over charge for certain things, but I loved the service.

About to have it with TWC when I move next month.

For me it's not really about price, it's about convenience. Dealing with one person rather than multiple companies is definitely a plus. Additionally, I don't have to give TWC or Cox a credit card for anything if I don't want to, they send me a bill and I pay it however I see fit.

Yes, I am grateful for the non-credit card billing. If something goes wrong there are no charges on your credit card. I fear that it would take a long time go get a credit from the company while they are "sorting" out your service problem or dispute.
