What is the charge presently for additional boxes? I used to have a second box in my bedroom just for the convenience of having a guide. But I was getting charge both for the box and a "digital extra outlet".
I'm not in Chicago though, just wondering. |

DCT $4.01
Digital Additional outlet service $5.99
Which is a major rip-off imo.
Whenever this comes to my area there's no way in hell my parents will pay $10 per TV to get our other 3 TVs digital...
There's also a $0.23 charge for remotes but I believe that's included in the $4.01 DCT fee. |

As a low margin customer (limited basic, no digital, no CDV, no extras) this is probably what will trigger me to disconnect my cable service.
Assuming I'm not alone, this will have the effect of raising the average revenue per subscriber, which should also raise their net profit per sub.
