Re: DHL -Austin Hub - something is up I never use DHL, they are by far the worse, they have lost and/or damaged way to much for me. Their drivers are not employees, but contractors. Their vehicles are not company owned and insured, but driver owned and "insured". Corporate FE said it was local contractor problem, local never did anything to repair. I've never had a problem with UPS.
Guess it just depends on what you get on that day.  |
