it's not rebroadcast. it's played back. That's like saying you are rebroadcasting a dvd when you play it back from your own equipment. the term "broadcast" implies a broadly transmitted, untargeted transmission which can be viewed or picked up by multiple receivers. This is NOT the case with what Cablevision has in mind.
